Christmas Karaoke App: 12 Carols update for iOS

Just in time for the Christmas holidays, Popcorn Grenade has unveiled the latest update to their app, "Christmas Karaoke App: 12 Carols" for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. With this app, you can sing along with the vocals, or mute the vocals entirely and sing with your own voice using the red highlighted lyrics and instrumental music provided in the background.

This latest version of the app (ver 3.0) features sleeker graphics, changeable backgrounds, red highlighted lyrics, an auto-play function, and a count-down timer. The 12 holiday carols include:

* Joy The World
* Little Drummer Boy
* We Wish you a Merry Christmas
* Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
* First Noel
* Hark The Herald

We're hoping this app will bring family & friends together so that they could sing these holiday favorites. A new feature we've added to the app is that you can choose from 4 different background designs. Also there is a count-down timer that indicates how long the instrumental music gets played before the vocals kick in.

Christmas Karaoke App: 12 Carols 3.0 for iOS and iPad is only $0.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and both are available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Music category. There is also a lite version of the app available for the iPad. The app is also part of a charitable social media initiative called, "Caroling for a Good Cause" - where 10% of the sales of the app will go to MAD (Make a Difference) foundation that helps orphans and at-risk youth in India.
